Saw this after an accident had occurred one day. Could not really figure out how it happened but one car, at least, ended up on the medium under a flyover (elevated roadway). They call them flyovers because they are supposed to remove traffic from the surface roads and help everyone "fly" along. Sometimes the flyovers are just as clogged up as the surface roads.
And speaking of flyovers, they are currently constructing two or three additional flyovers. They are currently only working on the supports. You can see 3 of them in the photo below Both construction areas are always so bogged down with traffic. They have taken over 3 or 4 lanes in areas. They say the construction should be completed by 2020. Or maybe that date relates to the underground metro line running through downtown. I'm not sure. Either way, yikes.
